While apps are great for getting in quick workouts, I wanted to put together a list of online reformer, mat and chair pilates classes our team reviewed that offer a more comprehensive program for both beginner and advanced practitioners.
These programs contain online content for both reformer and mat pilates.
If you are a beginner, I advise you to get some formal instruction first to ensure you are using proper form.Proper form is very important because it will reduce the likelihood of getting injured.
